Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

I, Keith W. Parker, hereby give notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, I was appointed as liquidator of Deslo Holdings Limited, with effect from the 15th day of May 1997. The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 213 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Deslo Holdings Limited (in liquidation), I fix the 20th day of June 1997, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The Companies Act 1993

On the 16th day of May 1997, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mini Hire (NZ) Limited, be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke of Ernst & Young, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of May 1997.

The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has ceased trading. The company is separate from Mini Hire (Hokitika) Limited (in liquidation) whose operations are continuing from the 1st day of April 1997 as a division of Westland Machinery Traders Limited.
