Notice of Final Meeting

Notice is given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of Malia Land Company Limited will be held at the offices of McCaw Lewis Chapman on 16 May 1997 at 77–79 Duke Street, Cambridge, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator, and to consider and if thought fit, to resolve that the books and papers of the company and the liquidator be retained in the custody of the liquidator for 5 years from the date of dissolution of the company, or for such longer period as the liquidator thinks fit.
