Pursuant to Sections 2A and 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

On the 2nd day of May 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Purse Seiner Services New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of Ross Melville PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of May 1997.
