Advertisement for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 13th day of March 1997, an application for putting CDM Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of May 1997 at 10.00 a.m.
