Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant (whose office is at Searle and Co, 728 Colombo Street, Christchurch), hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of April 1997, the Bank of New Zealand appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of Calvin Trading Co Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of August 1993.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company’s real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
