Pursuant to Section 295 (2) and (3) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is given that I, Yasushi Sato, being a member of the company, propose to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”), for the removal of Asahi Prepared Foods NZ Limited, whose registered office is situated at Kahutia Street, Gisborne, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 211 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, within 28 working days after the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
