Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On the 17th day of December 1996, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 25 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Hastings Club Incorporated be liquidated and that John R. Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 1996.

The members have resolved that the club is able to pay all of its debts and distribute a surplus back to members.
