Take notice that David Stanley Heenan, self employed of Invercargill and Roberta Jane Mary Heenan, his wife, have appointed Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Euan Boyd Lindsay Hilson, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Forge Holdings Limited (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 17th day of June 1996, which property consists of all the company’s undertaking and all the property and assets, whatsoever, both present and future, including the capital of the company.
