The Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990

The information required to be published by Telecom under the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990, for the quarter ended 31 March 1997 is available, as from 30 April 1997, on request by any person, at the principal offices of Telecom in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The principal offices are:

Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy for the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 4th day of February 1997, concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto:

"That Section 1, S.O. Plan 20541 containing 799 square metres, be declared recreation reserve, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977."

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

799 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 20541, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1920, page 155.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy for the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Auckland City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used, and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Auckland City

102 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9, D.P. 43699, situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District. Certificate of title 1986/17. Gazette notice 18639. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

Land at Halkett Road Acquired for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
