Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto (with the land firstly to ninetieth described being subject to land and fencing covenants in Transfer B. 395554; the land tenthly to fourteenth, and seventeenth to nineteenth described being subject to land and fencing covenants in Transfer B. 392500; the land fiftieth, sixtieth, and twentieth to twenty-ninth described being subject to land and fencing covenants in Transfer B. 398935; and the land twenty-sixth to twenty-eighth described being subject to easement certificate B. 359161.15) is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
