The Companies Act 1955

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following companies to the Register:
Bruce Dolamore Limited and Christchurch Taxation Service 1979 Limited. Applicant: Bruce Dolamore, P.O. Box 1088, Christchurch.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on business at the time they were removed from the Register.
