Change of the Classification of a Part of a Reserve and Vesting in The Marlborough District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional
Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the
classification of that part of the reserve, described in the
Schedule hereto, from a scenic reserve to a local purpose
(refuse management) reserve, subject to the provisions of
the said Act and further, declares that the said land shall
vest in The Marlborough District Council in trust for local
purpose (refuse management) reserve purposes.
