Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87J (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, dated 27 August 1996, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to change the existing route from “Points in New Zealand to Santiago, optionally via Papeete” to “Points in New Zealand to Santiago optionally via Papeete and Easter Island”, with effect from 1 April 1997.
