Notice of Appointment of Receivership and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, Norman Kerr Fraser, chartered accountant, Level Three, 103 Worcester Street, Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of March 1997, Cross Credits Limited appointed me as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 17th day of May 1996 from Knightsbridge Foods Limited to Cross Credits Limited.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Timothy James Reid and Anthony George Lewis, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed receivers of The New Zealand Wood Company Limited on the 25th day of March 1997, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
