Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 August 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Atareta Dixon in respect of

Nga Uri O Nga Hau E Wha Kohanga Reo, situated at 7 Chambers Street, Napier.

The centre has moved premises.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Taieri Gorge Railway Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Taieri Gorge Railway Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Taieri Gorge Railway Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of works associated with the construction and operation of a railway line known as the Taieri Gorge Railway.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Tauranga Electricity Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, "line function services" has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Tauranga Electricity Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of the supply of line function services.
