Acceptance of Undertaking in Respect of Canned Peaches From South Africa

Pursuant to section 15 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I hereby give notice that I have accepted an undertaking from Langeberg Foods International, that it will no longer conduct exports to New Zealand of canned peaches so as to avoid causing or threatening to cause material injury to a New Zealand industry.

Notice is also given, pursuant to section 15 (4) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, that the investigation of the extent of the injury to New Zealand industry caused by exports of canned peaches from South Africa shall be continued and completed.
