Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Switch Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Wellington, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that after the expiration of 3 months from the giving of this notice, Switch Enterprises Limited intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Overseas Register.
