Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 205–209 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 18th day of March 1997, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Irdoss Computer Systems Limited (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture dated 18 October 1988.

The appointment was made in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsovever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
