Easement Over Land Acquired for Conservation Purposes in Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares that the right of way described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired in favour of the Crown for conservation purposes as an easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 2, Butchers Creek, Dannevirke District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10677), to be stopped and amalgamated in certificate of title K2/332, subject to mortgage 533001.7.
