Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 209c of the Companies Act 1955

Whereby it is proposed that the company Lacy’s Tyre Service Limited (HN 188418) be amalgamated with Lacy’s Properties Limited (HN 185670) on or after the 30th day of April 1997.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom the amalgamating companies is under an obligation at the offices of:

Peter R Henderson, 19 Manuate Street, Taumarunui, during normal business hours.

A member or creditor of either company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either company.
