Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the office of McElroy Dutt
& Thomson, 2A Kipling Avenue, Epsom, Auckland on the
15th day of April 1997 at 9.00 a.m., for the purpose of
having an account laid before it showing how the winding
up has been conducted and the assets disposed of and to
receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following
extraordinary resolution, namely:

“‘That the books and papers of the company and the
liquidator shall be retained in the custody of the
liquidator for a period of 2 years from the date of
dissolution of the company or for such longer periods
