Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of March 1997, Denis James Hanratty and Paul Byron Kent, chartered accountants, were jointly and severally appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Moyes Aluminium Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 1994, given by that company.

The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
