Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of January 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 January 1997, No. 6, page 139, declaring land held for the generation of electricity to be Crown land in the Central Otago District by omitting from the area firstly described in the Schedule reference to “Gazette notice No. 745099”, and replacing it with “Gazette notice No. 754897”; omitting from the area firstly described in the Schedule reference to “Section 1, S.O. 23981. Balance of Gazette notice No. 842963” and replacing it with “Part Section 50, Block I, Wakaefield Survey District. All Gazette notice No. 841431”; omitting from the area thirdly described in the Schedule reference to “Gazette notice No. 517366”, and replacing it with “Gazette notice No. 517356”; and omitting from the area thirdly described in the Schedule reference to “Gazette notice No. 647995” and replacing it with “Gazette notice No. 647795”.

Amending a Notice for Land Set Apart for Soil Conservation Purposes in Block X, Mata Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated 20 February 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 February 1997, No. 18, page 424, by deleting from the Schedule the words “Hawke’s Bay” and replacing with “Gisborne”.
