Andrew Marchel Oorschot and John Anthony Wheelans, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 3rd day of March 1997, they were appointed as the receivers of the property of Jones Pump Services Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture given in favour of the National Bank of New Zealand Limited, dated the 5th day of May 1995, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Jones Pump Services Limited.
