Notice is hereby given that I, Carol Elizabeth Fletcher, the liquidator of Auto Stop (Shirley) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar within 28 days after the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
