Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, Gary Traveller, chartered accountant and Vivian Fatupaito, associate director, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Wholesome Foods Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of February 1997.
