Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of February 1997, Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister of Christchurch and John Howard Ross Fisk of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Omihi Angora Stud Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 5th day of October 1992, given by that company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s assets and undertakings, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kevin James Bearsley and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of Euro Trucks Leasing Limited on the 28th day of February 1997, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
