Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981 and a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member,
Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand,
Napier, hereby declares that the land described in the
Schedule to this notice is set apart for soil conservation
purposes and to remain vested in the Crown.
