Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Purposes of Road, Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 22 July 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 July 1997, No. 75 at page 1860, by deleting from the recital the words “the purposes of”.

Second Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 7210 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 23040; shown as “B” on S.O. 24327.
