owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Gregory William Bond, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be delivered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, by 5.00 p.m. on the 10th day of November 1997.

Board of Trustees Elections
