Final Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (unamended), and in the matter of Mutual Rental Properties Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that the above company was placed in liquidation on the 1st day of July 1993, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald are joint and several liquidators.

The liquidator did, in July 1993, call for creditors to make their claims in the liquidation.

In the event there may be some creditors who have not claimed, further notice is hereby given that the unsigned, the liquidator of Mutual Rental Properties Limited (in liquidation), does hereby fix the 23rd day of January 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 (unamended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claim is made.
