Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of the company on the 8th day of December 1997, under the terms of a debenture giving a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: Coopers & Lybrand, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
The Receivers’ Postal Address is: Coopers & Lybrand, P.O. Box 48, Auckland.

This notice is to advise that Atkinson Butterworth has withdrawn its application for putting SmarTel into liquidation and the matter has now been settled.
This dispute had arisen in relation to a legal bill for $5,500 incurred in SmarTel’s name by an agent.
At the time the notice was served, 5 of the senior executives of SmarTel were in the United States of America conducting due diligence and the notice went unanswered.
SmarTel is a multi-million dollar company in the telecommunications field and has never before had any similar notice appear in the public record.

Take notice that on the 8th day of October 1997, an application for putting North Island Timber Specialists Limited (formerly known as N Z Log Products Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
