Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road—Pa Valley Road, Dannevirke

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of September 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 9th day of October 1997, No. 147, page 3447, under the heading “Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road—Pa Valley Road, Dannevirke” by deleting “(c) (iv) Area 7 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 38A/324” in the recital, and “123 m² Part Section 175, Rangitumau District; shown marked ‘W’ on S.O. 31480” in the Third Schedule.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Mangakuri Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(a) The area marked “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 10759, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title W1/1004, subject to mortgage 653805.3.

(b) The area marked “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 10759, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title W1/1005, subject to mortgage 661980.3.

(c) The area marked “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 10759, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title W1/1006, subject to mortgage 653805.3.
