Amending a Notice Relating Road South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 17 November 1997, for realigning road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 November 1997, No. 163 at page 3876 by deleting from the First and Second Schedules reference to S.O. Plan 37644 and substituting “S.O. Plan 37664”.
