We, Alan William Badcock and David Charles Fraser, hereby give notice that on the 25th day of November 1997, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of O’Connor Holdings Limited (trading as Wanganui Couriers), pursuant to a debenture dated the 27th day of August 1997.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: All assets and undertakings of the company.

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Anthony Milton Sims, accountant of Sydney, was appointed receiver of Dino Music Limited on the 13th day of November 1997, by the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

I, Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Te Puke, give notice that on the 28th day of November 1997, I was appointed receiver of the property of Lycoming Holdings Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of October 1996, granted by the company in favour of Midland Pacific Equities Limited, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
