Conservation Act 1987

Notification of Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land formerly held for conservation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, has been disposed of for the consideration of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

1,4746 hectares, more or less, being Section 40, Block VII, Upper Taieri Survey District. All certificate of title 18B/470.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Notice and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waikato Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice dated 23 January 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 February 1997, No. 11, page 262, and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place:

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton City

318 square metres, more or less, being part Section 2, S.O. 56344 (more particularly delineated as Lot 1, L.T.S. 79299). Part certificate of title 47C/521.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Resource Management Act 1991

Vesting of Land in Auckland City Council

Pursuant to section 355 (3) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the land described hereto in Auckland City Council in trust for recreation purposes, pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974.

3.2090 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 175464, situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District being part certificate of title 55/236. Subject to the Auckland Harbour Foreshore Grant Act 1875.
