Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Anthony George Lewis and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Perception Marketing Communications Limited, by the High Court on 6 October 1997.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Level Thirteen, UDC Tower, 113–119 The Terrace, Wellington on Friday, 28 November 1997, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) To confirm the appointment of Anthony George Lewis and Timothy James Reid as liquidators or to make application to the Court for the appointment of another liquidator;

(b) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators;

(c) To appoint a liquidation committee; and

(d) Any general business.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 258 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Desmond Maurice Pritchard, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Booker Holdings Limited, by special resolution of the shareholders, on 20 September 1996.

A meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt on 5 December 1997, commencing at 9.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) To consider the liquidation to date; and

(b) The finalisation of the liquidation.

I, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, liquidator of Custom Motor Bodies (1984) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 115 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 20th day of December 1997.
