Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Anne’s Holdings Limited (formerly known as European Panel and Paint Limited) and Kiwi Desire Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 1997.

Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Geoff Varga at Price Waterhouse, Auckland, or on Telephone No.: (09) 309 3421.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 2nd day of March 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
