On the 18th day of November 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that California Coffee Company Limited be liquidated and that Terrence Peter Coyle, administrator of Christchurch, be appointed for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of November 1997.
