Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, excluding however from the land secondly described the minerals and mining rights reserved to the Crown by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, and as to the land thirdly described, the minerals and mining rights reserved to the Crown by section 206 of the Land Act 1924, for road and shall vest in The Rodney District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
