Conditions

i) The items specified in Schedule 2 (except for seat belts and seat belt anchorages) must be within the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications;

ii) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be in sound condition and good working order;

iii) All seat belts must be securely anchored to the vehicle and seat belt anchorages that are not the vehicle manufacturer’s original equipment must comply with Specification St 120395;

iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time;

A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Reserves and Vesting of the Reserves in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council

Pursuant the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby revokes the appointment of The Queenstown-Lakes District Council to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, and further vests the reserves in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hamilton City Council on 28 November 1995:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
