Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to sections 140 and 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the Taharoa Credit Union, unless within 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the credit union commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.
