Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended)

I, Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, liquidator of Lodge Rentals Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 418 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 5th day of December 1997.

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Performance Ski Sports Limited, whose registered office is situated at 120 London Street, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 11th day of December 1997 (being the date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
