Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for State housing.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

1098 square metres, being Lot 42, D.P. S. 27898 and being part Allotment 43, Parish of Pepepe, being all the land contained in certificate of title No. 26A/366.

Dated at Hamilton this 18th day of February 1997.

Road Stopped in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and now to be known as Section 6, S.O. 59813, and pursuant to section 118, becomes esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in The Rotorua District Council.
