Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Westkeen Industries Limited:

Public notice is given that the directors of Westkeen Industries Limited intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies an application for the removal of the company from the Register. The application relates to Westkeen Industries Limited, whose registered office is situated at 44A Corunna Road, Milford, Auckland.

The request to remove the company from the Register has been filed, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the company ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and Companies Act 1955.

Any objection to the removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 20th day of March 1997 (being a date not less than 28 days from the date of this notice).

Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955

Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies must remove Donnelly Milling Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 72 Trafalgar Street from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act have been sent or delivered to the Registrar, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 219 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of March 1997 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, within 28 working days after the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
