Notice of Application to the Court by the Liquidators
Take notice that the liquidators of Venison New Zealand Co-operative Limited (in liquidation) ("Venison Co-operative") and Venison New Zealand Marketing Limited (in liquidation) ("Venison Marketing") will apply for the Court’s sanction for the resolution of competing claims between Venison Co-operative and Venison Marketing by Venison Co-operative relinquishing its potential claims for subrogation and any other claims against the assets of Venison Marketing in exchange for Venison Marketing relinquishing its potential claims for pooling and any other claims against the assets of Venison Co-operative.
The application has been set down for hearing at 10.00 a.m. at the Wellington High Court on 4 March 1997 (M. No. 111/94 and M. No. 625/93).
Creditors wishing to obtain a copy of the application or further information should contact the liquidators’ legal advisers, Simpson Grierson, P.O. Box 2402, Wellington (Telephone: (04) 499 4599, Michael Sloan/Clare Taylor).
Any creditor who intends to oppose the application will not be heard in opposition without the leave of the Court unless they have filed, not later than 1.00 p.m. on the day preceding the day of the hearing, a notice of opposition in Court and served the notice on the liquidators. Simpson Grierson (Michael Sloan/Clare Taylor) will accept service of any notice of opposition on behalf of the liquidators.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
I intend to remove the under-mentioned companies from the Register under either section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, as applicable.
I am satisfied that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.
