Land Acquired for Road and Granting of Compensation—Hamilton City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

And further declares that, pursuant to sections 21 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Second Schedule is acquired for the purposes of granting compensation and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped—Rangitikei District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “F” and “H” on S.O. 37792, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 26B/769.

(ii) The area marked “J” on S.O. 37792, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 532/89, subject to mortgage B. 185412.2.

(iii) The area marked “X” on S.O. 37794, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 49C/103, subject to mortgage B. 537873.3.
