Land Transfer Act Notice

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for the issue of certificates of title, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereunder and that such certificates of title will be issued unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before 8 December 1997, lodged under application No. 372247.1 by Ian John Hodder and Marcia Ann Richards, farmers, both of Ikamatua.

Schedule

(a) 19.1871 hectares, being Section 6, Square 126, being all certificate of title 13/138.

(b) 13.0232 hectares, being Section 27, Block VII, Mawheraiti Survey District, being all certificate of title 17/69.

(c) 18.7420 hectares, being parts of Section 6, Block XI, Mawheraiti Survey District, being all certificate of title 86/206.

The registered proprietor of the said land being the Grey River Dredging Company Limited.
