Road Realignment in the Clutha District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 30th day of October 1997.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 324/98.

All that piece of land containing 606 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 9366; shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 24508, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Second Schedule
