Commerce Act 1986

Alteration of Terms of Appointment of Associate Member of the Commerce Commission

Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has altered the terms of appointment of

Eleonore Catherine Anne Harrison of Wellington

as an associate member of the Commerce Commission.

Ms Harrison’s appointment will now cover matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, except for the powers in sections 41, 42 and 43 in relation to Part IV, Safety of Services. The expiry of Ms Harrison’s appointment will remain at 26 May 1998.
